Ascorbic Acid

Description

Acid that is extracted from fruits and other parts of plants or from fermentations.

Also called vitamin C, it is used as an antioxidant.

Prevent fruits and vegetables from darkening when peeling them.

It can also be used on meats.

How to use:

It is usually diluted in water, painting the surface of the product or introducing it directly into this solution.

Usual doses:

5-15 gr./kg. of water.
