Cold foam stabilizer powder
Thickener-emulsifier that stabilises whipped and cold siphon foams.
It allows the production of any foam without the use of standard stabilisers.
It is tasteless and needs no rest as it acts instantly.
Directions for use:Dissolve the ingredients in cold with vigorous stirring.
Pour into a siphon or whip with a whisk.
Usual dosage: A dosage of 50-100 g/kg is recommended.
Available in 550 gr./19.4 oz. packs.
