Description

Lyofeelings are 100% natural products selected for their quality. They are lyophilized (the process of extracting water but preserving the molecular structure). This process maintains all the nutritional and organoleptick qualities like flavor, aroma and color. They offer a special texture and appearance that enrich culinary creativity. They can be used on the final plating of sweet and savory dishes, in the manufacture of cookies and chocolates, or rehydrate them to achieve the desired texture. It can be consumed directly or mixed with dairies.

Approximately 11 kg of fresh ripe tomatoes are used to produce 1 kg of Töufood Tomäto. It adds
tomato flavor to different preparations without adding acidity, as well as a crunchy texture. It can
be applied directly to the finish of savory and sweet dishes. Also as an ingredient in a preparation
or crush it to obtain a fine powder. When mixed with liquid products, it will rehydrate, thickening the
preparation.
Use directly, incorporate them into the recipe, or crush to get a fine powder.

It is used in very small doses of between 0.01 and 0.3 g / kg of product to be colored.
