Nu Alliins Beignet Dough Mix

Beignet mix.

DIRECTIONS:
Mix 5 lb. Nu-Allins Donut Mix & 43 oz. cold water. Mix only to incorporate water and flour. DO NOT OVER MIX. Roll out, on floured bench, to about 1/8”. Cut into desired shape or size. Let rest about 10 minutes before frying at 375 degrees. Turn when they reach a delicate brown. Drain well, and dust with powdered sugar. Best when served hot.
