Obulato Round

Description

Obulato is a clear, wafer-thin film, made from vegetable starch, which disappears in contact with water, but will encapsulate oil.

It can be used to create beautiful garnishes such as glassy tuiles and edible sachets which melt in the mouth for a burst of flavour.
