Description

Pillsbury puff pastry dough. 

Packed 3 10 lb. slabs in a case.

Preparation

Remove Slabs From Case.

Place On Parchment Lined Sheet Pan With Plastic Divider Sheet Facing Up.

Thaw At Room Temperature For Approximately 2-3 Hours Or Thaw In Cooler Overnight.

Note: Product Thawed In Advance Should Be Covered To Prevent Crusting.

Sheet Down To Desired Thickness.

Make Up Desired Pieces And Place On Parchment Lined 18×26 Sheet Pan.

Note: To Eliminate Shrinkage Of Dough, Allow 20 Minutes Rest

*Baking Times Will Vary By Piece Size, Oven Type And Quantity Of Product In Oven.

**Rotate Pans Halfway Through The Bake To Achieve A Uniform Bake.Remove From Oven When Pieces Begin To Brown.

Note: Puff Pastry Must Be Thoroughly Baked To Yield A Light, Flaky And Crispy Texture.

Allow To Cool Before Icing.
