The Perfect smoker is a small smoking device that can be used tableside to smoke any liquid, oils for bread service, wines for marinades, cocktails, even solid foods like salt, rice or flour.

This unique cloche has a connection valve which allows the entry of smoke, steam or aromas into dishes. Fill the cloche with lighter smoke made at a lower temperature with one of the Aladin smokers. Handcrafted of borosilicate glass, which is resistant to high and low temperatures.
