Dextrose

Description

A monohydrate form of dextrose. It is completely fermentable and readily soluble in water.

Produced by enzymatic hydrolysis of starch, followed by purification, concentration, crystallization and drying. 

It is a white powder with a refreshing sweet taste and blind odor.
