TÖUFOOD POTATO PROTEIN WHIP is a concentrated protein from potatoes, with emulsifying, foaming and thickening properties.
It serves as an egg substitute in traditional recipes where the egg is used as an emulsifier and foaming agent, such as meringues or whipped masses.
To assemble meringues and cold preparations.
Powder foaming.
Ingredients:
Potato protein. May contain milk.
Use:
Mix cold with the base liquid with strong agitation.
Let rest for a few minutes (ideally 24 hours) in the fridge and mount with rods.
Dose:
80-100 gr. / kg.
Product intended for food.
Store in a cool, dry place.
